Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Negotiating and closing sales, providing an expert advice on real estate transactions, and building relationships with clients to ensure an outstanding satisfaction throughout all stages of the sales process.
  • Interaction with foreign partners, developers, agents, and owners.
  • Search for relevant information at the request of a client; preparation of presentations; assistance in the adaptation of clients abroad.
  • Work with real estate database: attraction of a new product, preparation of presentations.
  • Conducting projects in the field of foreign real estate of direction development, immigration, legal, tax, and economic expertise.
  • Preparation of information and reference materials, articles, presentations, reviews, and analytics.
  • Participation in conferences, presentations, exhibitions, forums, and webinars.
  • Assistance to the sales manager & and head of the department.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven success in Dubai’s real estate market, backed by a solid track record of high-value sales.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English, additional languages are always a plus.
  • Independent and driven yet thrives in a collaborative team environment.
  • Quick thinker with exceptional negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Client-focused approach committed to delivering outstanding results and genuine service.
  • Eager to grow, with a willingness to pursue all necessary licenses and certifications as required.
