Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Generate leads and build a network of clients through marketing, referrals, and cold calling.
- Conduct property listings, viewings, and market assessments for both residential and commercial properties.
- Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, and legal requirements related to property transactions.
- Negotiate sale and rental agreements on behalf of clients to achieve the best possible outcomes.
- Manage the full sales and leasing process, from initial inquiry to contract signing and closing.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dubai’s real estate laws, regulations, and RERA requirements.
- Coordinate with property owners, developers, and other agents to ensure smooth transactions.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, listings, and marketing materials.
- Participate in open houses, exhibitions, and property events to promote listings and company services.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or Broker in the UAE (minimum 2–3 years preferred).
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle.
- Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market and current trends.
- RERA certification (preferred or willingness to obtain).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
- Professional appearance and a results-driven mindset.
