Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Real Estate Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leasing and selling residential and/or commercial properties while delivering excellent service to clients.

  1. Key Responsibilities

    • Prospect and generate new clients through calls, referrals, and networking

    • Assist clients with buying, selling, and leasing properties

    • Conduct property viewings and negotiations

    • Prepare and follow up on contracts, agreements, and documentation

    • Maintain strong relationships with clients and developers

    • Stay updated on market trends and property regulations

    • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent in the UAE

  • RERA certification preferred

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • English Arabic or other languages is a plus

  • Own car and valid UAE driving license preferred
