Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Company: Famous Real Estate Brokerage LLC Location: API World Tower, 4th Floor, Office 404, Near World Trade Center Metro Station (Exit 2), Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai Key Responsibilities Handle qualified company-provided leads Sell off-plan residential and investment projects Conduct client meetings and professional project presentations Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and developers Follow up with prospects and manage the sales pipeline effectively Close deals and consistently achieve sales targets Update client and transaction details in the CRM system Ensure full compliance with RERA regulations and company policies Requirements 6 months to 1 year of experience in Dubai real estate (off-plan experience preferred) Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset RERA certification is an advantage Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
