Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through calls, networking, referrals, and property portals
Advise clients on property values, market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities
Market properties through listings, viewings, promotions, and negotiations
Conduct property viewings and manage client meetings professionally
Negotiate offers and close deals in line with company targets
Maintain accurate records of clients, leads, and transactions using CRM systems
Coordinate with developers, landlords, buyers, and internal teams
Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and company policies
Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat business
Stay updated on Dubai real estate laws, market trends, and new project launches
Desired Candidate Profile
Fluent in Arabic and English (additional languages are a plus)
Freshers are welcome; prior real estate or sales experience is an advantage
Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market (off-plan experience preferred)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills RERA certified or willing to obtain certification
Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-driven personality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience using CRM systems and major property portals (Property Finder, Bayut, etc.) is a plus
Professional appearance and strong customer-service mindset
Comprehensive training and ongoing mentorship will be provided, including RERA guidance, product knowledge, and sales skills development.
