Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Understand upcoming developments, payment plans, handover timelines, and investment hotspots.
Advisor to Investors & End-Users – Position projects based on client needs (ROI, capital appreciation, lifestyle).
Project Representative – Act as the go-to for developers, promoting their off-plan projects.
Secure favourable terms for buyers while protecting developer relationships.
Operate under RERA rules, ensure transparency, and maintain ethical practices.
Network Builder – Develop strong ties with developers, brokers, and investors.
Drive bookings and sales by converting inquiries into signed deals.
Desired Candidate Profile
Understanding of the Dubai property market, especially the off-plan segment.
Familiarity with developers, communities, and project launches.
Basic financial literacy (ROI calculations, payment plans, mortgage processes).
Prior real estate experience in Dubai is a plus, but a strong sales background can compensate.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong presentation and pitching ability (in-person and virtual).
Client relationship management skills.
Multilingual skills (English is mandatory; Arabic, Russian, Chinese, Hindi/Urdu are big advantages).
High level of professionalism, ethics, and integrity. Strong networking and lead-generation abilities.
Self-motivated, proactive, and resilient under pressure.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
Polished appearance and strong personal branding
