Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Conduct consistent cold calling and cold messaging to generate new leads and build a property pipeline.

  2. Source and manage a portfolio of properties for sale and lease.

  3. Conduct property viewings and provide expert market advice to clients.

  4. Negotiate sales and lease agreements to ensure successful closings.

  5. Collaborate with the Listing Admin Team to ensure your properties are live and optimized on Bayut and Dubizzle.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in the local real estate market.

  2. Lead Generation: Proven experience in cold calling and cold messaging strategies.

  3. Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PDF editing for reporting and documentation.

  4. Negotiation: Sharp closing skills and a proactive, results-driven mindset.
