Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored property solutions

  • Conduct market research to stay informed on property trends, pricing, and investment opportunities

  • Arrange and conduct property viewings

  • Negotiate offers, terms, and contracts to achieve the best outcomes for clients

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions and client satisfaction

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in real estate (UAE market experience preferred)

  • Strong understanding of Dubai real estate laws, regulations, and RERA guidelines

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
