Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and digital marketing
Conduct property viewings with buyers and tenants
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Negotiate offers between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
Stay up to date with Dubai real estate market trends
List and promote properties on major portals
Follow up consistently with prospects to close deals
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
Work towards monthly and quarterly sales targets
Represent the company in a professional and presentable manner at all times
