Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Advertise and market residential and commercial properties

  • Identify and connect with prospective clients

  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties

  • Conduct property viewings and client meetings

  • Negotiate deals and successfully close sales

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships

  • Maintain updated market knowledge and property databases

  • Ensure compliance with UAE real estate regulations and procedures

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1–2 years of UAE real estate sales experience with a proven sales track record

  • Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate market, developers, and projects

  • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Strong customer service and sales abilities

  • Familiarity with real estate transactions and documentation

  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets under deadlines

  • UAE driving license and own car preferred

  • Multilingual candidates are an advantage
