Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
• Market, sell, and lease residential (Ready/ Off plan) and commercial properties • Identify and engage potential clients, understanding their property needs • Arrange and conduct property viewings • Negotiate prices, terms, and agreements • Close real estate transactions and manage follow-up until completion • Build and maintain strong client relationships • Maintain accurate records of listings and client interactions • Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations
Desired Candidate Profile
• Minimum 6 months of real estate experience (required) • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Ability to work independently on a commission structure • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented • Proficient in phone communication, email, and social media • Real estate license is an advantage • Valid UAE Driving license
