We are now expanding our team and looking for experienced off-plan real estate agents to join our ambitious and professional environment. Key Responsibilities Promote and sell off-plan properties from top-tier developers across Dubai. Manage and follow up on qualified leads provided by the company. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business. Provide clients with guidance and advice on market conditions and investment opportunities. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in the Dubai real estate market (off-plan experience preferred). Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate trends, developers, and areas. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Motivated, target-driven, and a team player. Valid UAE driving license (preferred but not mandatory).
