Roles & Responsibilities

Desired Candidate Profile

Key Responsibilities :

Promote and market residential and commercial properties to potential clients.

Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns.

Conduct property viewings and provide in-depth information on features, pricing, and investment potential.

Negotiate sales terms and ensure smooth closing of deals in compliance with UAE property regulations.

Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat and referral business.

Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.

Prepare contracts, agreements, and necessary doentation for property transactions.

Requirements :

Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field (minimum 1-2 years).

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of UAE real estate laws and market dynamics.

Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.

Proficiency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Chinese, etc.) are an advantage.

Valid UAE driving license (preferred).

RERA certification (preferred but not mandatory).
