Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell residential and commercial properties (off-plan & ready).
  • Manage client inquiries, property viewings, and negotiations.
  • Build and maintain a strong client portfolio.
  • Provide clients with market updates and investment proposals.
  • Coordinate with developers for project information, payment plans, and inventory.

Experience

Minimum 1 2 years in Real Estate Sales in Dubai (Freshers with strong sales background may also apply)

Requirements

  • Strong communication & negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of Dubai real estate market is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional attitude.
  • Language: English (Arabic/Hindi/Tamil is a plus)
  • Driving License: UAE driving license preferred (not mandatory)
