Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Generate and qualify property sales and leasing leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities.

  2. Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by understanding their requirements and providing suitable options.

  3. Conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and facilitate successful transaction closures.

  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, buyers, and investors to grow the client portfolio.

  5. Ensure all transactions comply with RERA regulations, company policies, and maintain accurate client records and follow-ups.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.

  2. Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about building a successful career in real estate.

  3. Previous experience in sales, customer service, or real estate is preferred but not mandatory.

  4. Ability to work independently, manage multiple clients, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  5. Proficiency in English; additional languages and a UAE driving licence are considered an advantage.
