Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Advise clients on property options, market conditions, pricing, and legal requirements.
Conduct property viewings and client meetings professionally.
Negotiate offers and close deals in line with company targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and developers.
Follow up with leads provided by the company and manage clients through the CRM system.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 2+ years of real estate sales experience in Dubai.
Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market, communities, and regulations.
Proven ability to close deals and meet sales targets.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Client-focused with a professional and confident approach.
Self-motivated, ambitious, and results-driven.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
Comfortable using CRM systems and digital sales tools.
Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
