Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis to determine optimal property pricing and identify emerging trends that can benefit clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and guiding them through every step of the buying or selling process.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients, ensuring favorable terms that align with their objectives while navigating potential obstacles.
- Provide strategic marketing plans tailored to each property, leveraging digital platforms, open houses, and networking to enhance visibility.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred, showcasing a foundational understanding of market dynamics.
- A valid Real Estate Broker's license is essential, ensuring compliance with state regulations and ethical standards.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in real estate sales or brokerage, illustrating a proven track record of successful transactions.
- Experience in residential or commercial real estate is a plus, allowing for specialized knowledge and expertise.
