Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Business Development
Source clients through personal networks, referrals, and digital platforms
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
Develop personal branding through social media and property portals
2. Client Consultation & Advisory
Understand client requirements and provide tailored property solutions
Offer market insights, pricing guidance, and investment advice
Maintain consistent communication and follow-ups
3. Property Sourcing & Listings
Identify and secure property listings directly from owners and developers
Ensure accurate property details, photos, and pricing
Marketing & Promotion
Promote properties through online ads, social media, and networking
Conduct virtual and physical property tours
Design targeted campaigns to attract potential buyers/tenants
5. Negotiation & Deal Closure
Negotiate pricing and terms between parties
Facilitate agreements and ensure win-win outcomes
Handle offers, counteroffers, and final negotiations
6. Legal & Regulatory Compliance
Ensure adherence to local real estate laws and RERA regulations
Verify property ownership and documentation
Stay updated with market rules, fees, and procedures
7. Time & Operations Management
Plan schedules, property viewings, and client meetings independently
Handle administrative tasks without organizational support
Desired Candidate Profile
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Freelance Real Estate Broker who can independently manage property transactions while building a strong client base.
Experience & Background
Proven experience in real estate brokerage, sales, or property leasing
Strong understanding of residential and/or commercial property markets
Prior experience in the UAE real estate market is an advantage
Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and closing abilities
Self-driven with a high level of initiative and accountability
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Strong networking and relationship-building skills
Business Development & Sales
Ability to generate leads through personal networks, referrals, and digital platforms
Proven track record of achieving sales or leasing targets
Skilled in client handling, follow-ups, and conversion
Regulatory Knowledge
Knowledge of local real estate laws, procedures, and documentation
RERA certification (UAE) preferred or willingness to obtain

Professional appearance and strong work ethics

Adaptable, resilient, and target-oriented
Education
Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Marketing, or related field)
Relevant real estate certifications are a plus

Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
Own visa (freelance/spouse visa preferred, if applicable)
