Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and motivate the real estate sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets Develop sales strategies aligned with Dubai property market trends Monitor team performance, KPIs, and closing ratios Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to agents Build strong relationships with clients, investors, and developers Ensure compliance with RERA and company policies Handle client inquiries for buying & selling residential and commercial properties Conduct property viewings and client meetings Negotiate deals and close property transactions Maintain strong client relationships and follow-ups Stay updated with Dubai real estate market trends and pricing Achieve individual sales targets consistently

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Real Estate; advanced degrees are a plus.

  • Possession of a valid real estate broker's license, demonstrating knowledge of local and state regulations.

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in residential or commercial real estate, showcasing a proven track record of successful transactions.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Target-driven and results-oriented mindset

  • Professional attitude and team-oriented approach
