Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate a team of real estate sales consultants Drive sales targets for residential and secondary market properties Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company goals Generate new business through client sourcing, networking, and referrals Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, and investors Monitor team performance, conduct regular training, and improve conversion ratios Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and company policies Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market insights for management
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven ability to lead and motivate a real estate sales team Strong sales closing and negotiation expertise Excellent communication and client relationship management skills Deep understanding of Dubai real estate market trends and pricing Target-driven mindset with a consistent sales track record Ability to generate and convert leads through networking and referrals Strong presentation skills for property viewings and client meetings Knowledge of RERA regulations and real estate compliance standards Strategic thinking with the ability to plan and execute sales campaigns Professional attitude with high ethical and customer-service standards
