Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify trends and property values, enabling clients to make informed decisions.
- Guide clients through the entire buying or selling process, from initial consultation to closing, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty that translates into referrals and repeat business.
- Create and implement effective marketing strategies tailored to showcase properties and attract potential buyers.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred to build a strong foundational knowledge of the industry.
- A valid Real Estate Broker license is mandatory, demonstrating professional credibility and adherence to industry standards.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience in real estate sales, showcasing a proven track record of successful transactions.
- Familiarity with local real estate markets and trends, ensuring informed advice and strategic decision-making for clients.
