Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and online platforms to build a robust client pipeline.
  • Conduct property viewings and presentations, showcasing properties to potential buyers and tenants, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Negotiate offers and close deals, skillfully representing clients and achieving favorable outcomes while adhering to legal and ethical standards.
  • Provide expert market knowledge and advice, staying informed on market trends, property values, and investment opportunities to guide clients effectively.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, offering exceptional customer service and building trust for repeat business and referrals.
  • Prepare and manage property listings, including descriptions, photos, and marketing materials, to attract potential buyers and tenants.
  • Coordinate with other professionals, such as lawyers, mortgage brokers, and inspectors, to facilitate smooth transactions and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on real estate laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and providing clients with accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Utilize CRM software and other tools to manage client interactions, track leads, and monitor sales performance effectively.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, demonstrating a strong work ethic and a commitment to success within a competitive environment.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Demonstrates a strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market, including property types, locations, and pricing trends.
  • Nationality preference open to all nationalities, with a preference for candidates who are fluent in English and Arabic.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in using CRM software, online listing platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite for efficient business operations.
  • Demonstrates strong negotiation skills, a results-oriented approach, and the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Exhibits a self-motivated and driven personality, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
