Part-Time Remote Real Estate Sales Agent
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Agent to join our team in a part-time, remote capacity. This role is ideal for individuals looking for a flexible opportunity with strong earning potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Present and showcase properties to prospective buyers
Guide clients through the buying and selling process
Conduct market research and analysis
Negotiate deals and close transactions
Collaborate with other real estate professionals
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of the real estate market
Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently and remotely
Previous experience in sales or real estate is an advantage
Compensation & Benefits:
Commission-based structure (no fixed salary)
30% commission on the first deal and 40% on the second deal (based on company profit)
