Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for experienced Off-Plan / Secondary Market Property Consultants who are motivated, professional, and ready to succeed. This is a full-time, on-site role for professionals who are confident in sales, client relationships, and closing property deals in Dubai s competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
Advise clients on off-plan and secondary market residential properties
Manage the full sales cycle: lead qualification, property viewings, negotiations, and closing
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Provide accurate market insights and investment advice
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions
Maintain records and client activity using CRM systems
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 1 2 years of experience in real estate ( off-plan or secondary market)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Multilingual candidates (Turkish, English, and other languages) are a plus
Specialized Areas (Secondary Market):
Marina, Downtown, JVC, JVT, Business Bay
