Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain a robust network of potential clients through proactive outreach, including cold calling, networking events, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Conduct thorough property evaluations and market analyses to accurately assess property values, identify investment opportunities, and advise clients on optimal pricing strategies.
  • Effectively showcase properties to prospective buyers, highlighting key features, benefits, and investment potential through compelling presentations and property tours.
  • Negotiate offers, counteroffers, and contracts with finesse, advocating for clients' best interests while ensuring smooth and successful transactions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Holds a valid Real Estate License and any required certifications in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • Demonstrates a minimum of 2 years of proven success in real estate sales or a related field.
  • Exhibits a strong understanding of the local real estate market, including property values, market trends, and investment opportunities.
