Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors. Advise clients on property valuations, community trends, and investment opportunities. Represent clients in off-plan launches and resale transactions. Negotiate and close deals efficiently, ensuring compliance with RERA and company policies. Maintain high standards of documentation and professionalism at all times.
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven Real Estate Sales Experience (secondary & off-plan).
In-depth knowledge of Dubai’s property market.
RERA Certified (or ability to obtain quickly). Valid UAE Driving License (preferred).
Fluent in English; Arabic and other languages are a plus.
Immediate Availability is preferred. (secondary & off-plan).
