Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify emerging trends and investment opportunities, providing clients with valuable insights.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met throughout the buying or selling process.
- Assist clients in property valuation by leveraging local market data and comparable property sales to establish competitive pricing strategies.
- Create customized marketing plans for properties, utilizing digital platforms, social media, and traditional advertising to maximize exposure.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, providing a solid foundation for real estate knowledge.
- Real Estate License or certification, ensuring compliance with local regulations and demonstrating professionalism in the field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in real estate sales or consultancy, showcasing proven expertise and market understanding.
- Experience in investment property analysis, equipping the candidate with skills to advise clients on profitable ventures.
