Roles & Responsibilities
Secondary market agents at Metropolitan have access to:
- In-house escrow management and dedicated conveyancing specialists
- Legal and documentation support for every transaction
- End-to-end deal coordination including clients who cannot travel
- 700 + professionals across the business
- Top agency partnerships with all leading UAE developers (
- In-house marketing, listing, and analytics teams
You focus on negotiations and client relationships. We handle everything else.
Desired Candidate Profile
RERA-certified real estate agent based in Dubai
- Minimum 2 years experience in Dubai secondary market or resale properties
- Active buyer and seller database in Downtown Dubai or adjacent communities
- Verifiable sales history and track record of closed transactions
- Fluent in English- additional languages a strong advantage
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and professionally presented
