Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Advise clients on off-plan projects, payment plans, ROI, and capital appreciation

Present developer projects, floor plans, pricing, and investment benefits to clients

Conduct client meetings, site visits, and developer presentations

Understand buyer/investor requirements and recommend suitable off-plan projects

Coordinate with developers for availability, pricing, offers, and booking procedures

Handle booking forms, EOIs, reservation agreements, and documentation

Negotiate terms and assist clients through the booking and post-booking process

Maintain accurate updates of leads, meetings, and transactions in CRM

Achieve assigned KPIs including calls, meetings, bookings, and revenue targets

Stay updated on new project launches, developer incentives, and market trends

Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and company policies

Provide after-sales support until handover and maintain long-term client relationships

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 1 years of proven sales experience (real estate experience)

Strong negotiation, communication, and client relationship-building skills

Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus Ambitious, self-motivated, and target-oriented
