Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Prospect, generate, and manage leads through networking, referrals, marketing, and modern outreach tools.

  2. Advise clients on market trends, pricing strategies, and property values.

  3. Conduct property showings and open houses.

  4. Prepare and present purchase offers, listing agreements, and contracts.

  5. Negotiate terms to achieve successful transactions for both buyers and sellers.

  6. Maintain ongoing communication with clients, lenders, inspectors, and other real estate professionals.

  7. Stay current with local market conditions, real estate laws, and industry best practices.

  8. Utilize CRM systems and digital marketing tools to manage pipelines and grow business.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. open to work on 50/50 commission's based role

  2. Active real estate agent with experience of minimum 3 - 6 months in UAE real estate

  3. Proven experience in residential or commercial real estate (preferred, but not required)

  4. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  5. Self-driven and results-oriented mindset.

  6. Ability to manage your own schedule and business goals.

  7. Familiarity with MLS, CRM tools, and social media marketing.
