Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate property listings by managing digital marketing campaigns, ensuring maximum visibility for available properties.
- Assist agents in preparing and organizing property showings, including scheduling appointments and creating detailed property packets for clients.
- Maintain an organized database of property listings and client information, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records for quick access.
- Conduct market research to gather data on property values, trends, and competitor activity to support agents in making informed decisions.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field preferred for a strong foundational knowledge.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a real estate or administrative role, showcasing a solid understanding of the industry.
- Real Estate License or certification preferred to enhance credibility and knowledge of local market regulations.
- Proficiency in real estate software and CRM systems, demonstrating technical aptitude in managing listings and client communications.
