Roles & Responsibilities


This leading UK and international law firm have a couple of excellent opportunities for ambitious junior- to mid-level Associates to join their market leading ME Real Estate practice in Dubai. Their work involves some of the largest and most complex Real Estate transactions taking place in the Gulf market. Their team advises major clients on a variety of big-ticket UAE and regional investment acquisitions/disposals, development/leasing of large scale mixed-use schemes, and RE aspects of the related corporate and financing transactions. Additionally, the team undertake high-profile engagements across the Gulf for the design and implementation of systems for registering and managing real estate interests at both the national and project levels. Applicants will need to be UK / Common Law qualified lawyers, with strong Commercial Real Estate experience, along with a good working knowledge of the Real Estate industry, ideally gained within another major law firm in the Middle East, the UK or Australasia.
