Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Provide legal advice on UAE real estate transactions, including sales, leasing, and transfers
Draft, review, and manage MOUs, sale & purchase agreements, and lease contracts
Ensure full compliance with RERA, Dubai Land Department (DLD), and UAE property laws
Conduct legal due diligence on properties and real estate projects
Coordinate with brokers, developers, and government authorities
Identify legal risks and advise management on mitigation strategies
Handle real estate-related disputes and legal documentation.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 3 years of experience in the UAE real estate sector
Strong knowledge of UAE real estate laws and RERA regulations
Proven ability to draft, review, and negotiate MOUs
Experience with property sales, leasing, and compliance procedures
Excellent legal drafting and communication skills.
