ROLE PROFILE

• Support the execution of the end-to-end real estate process, including site selection, lease negotiations, renewals, terminations, and store openings, ensuring alignment with business growth objectives and market strategy.
• Oversee the administration, validation, and maintenance of lease and property documentation, working closely with Legal and Insurance teams to ensure compliance and protect organizational interests.
• Manage risk assessments, budget control, and cost optimization for leases, rentals, fit-outs, and property-related expenditures to drive operational efficiency and financial discipline.
• Coordinate and track landlord communications, lease amendments, and negotiation points to facilitate timely lease execution and effective portfolio management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Legal to ensure on-time delivery of store openings renovations, and adherence to brand and operational standards.
• Identify potential issues with significant economic impact and lead efforts to develop practical solutions.
• Provide accurate data and insights for reporting on the real estate portfolio, recommending actions and measures for optimization.
• Ensure the accuracy and compliance of all contracts, legal agreements, and adherence to municipality and  REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor s Degree in Engineering, Construction Economics, Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration
• 7 years experience of development management on major real estate development projects.
• Excellent communication in English.
• Experience in the MENA property sector is highly desirable.
