Identify and evaluate properties for potential investment, focusing on both primary and secondary markets to maximize client returns.
Conduct thorough market research and analysis to determine property values, trends, and investment opportunities, providing clients with data-driven insights.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with developers, sellers, and other agents in both markets to secure exclusive listings and deals.
Effectively negotiate purchase, sale, and lease agreements, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for clients in both primary and secondary real estate transactions.
Manage the entire transaction process, from initial contact to closing, including due diligence, financing, and legal documentation, to ensure a seamless experience.
Provide expert advice on property staging, renovations, and improvements to enhance marketability and maximize property value.
Stay informed about legal and regulatory changes affecting real estate transactions in both markets, ensuring compliance and minimizing risks.
Create and implement marketing strategies to promote properties, including online listings, social media, and open houses, to attract potential buyers and investors.
Advise clients on financing options and connect them with qualified lenders and financial advisors for both primary and secondary market acquisitions.
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain regular communication with clients throughout the entire process, building trust and fostering long-term relationships.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Holds a valid real estate license and any required certifications relevant to primary and secondary markets.
- Demonstrates 3+ years of proven experience in real estate sales or investment, with a focus on both primary and secondary markets.
- Requires experience in the real estate industry, showcasing a deep understanding of market dynamics and investment strategies.
- Has a strong understanding of property valuation, financial analysis, and investment principles.
- Exhibits fluency in English and proficiency in other languages (e.g., Mandarin, Spanish) is a plus.
- Proficient in using CRM software, MLS systems, and other real estate technology tools.
- Demonstrates excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, essential for building client relationships.
- Exhibits a strong work ethic, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Possesses a valid driver's license and the ability to travel for property viewings and client meetings.
