Priority areas:

• Project Management: Direction of the assembly, consultation and implementation phases, while scrupulously ensuring compliance with economic balances and contractual commitments.
• Execution Engineering: Supervision of project management teams and construction companies, with a particular focus on architectural quality and the durability of the works.
• Governance and Reporting: Implementation of management tools enabling real-time visibility on the progress, risks and levers for optimization of the program.
• Interface Management: Cross-functional coordination with internal departments (Technical, Commercial, Finance, Legal) to ensure smooth decision-making.

THE PROFILE

• Expertise: You have at least 10 years of experience in managing complex real estate projects (residential or structured commercial) within organizations known for their high standards.
• Skills: With a background in Civil Engineering, you understand the decision-making cycles of a professional project owner and possess a strong results-oriented mindset.
• Leadership: Possessing excellent interpersonal skills, you know how to navigate institutional environments and challenge high-level technical interlocutors.
• Languages: Fluency in French and professional English is essential.
