Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Generate leads through proactive market research, networking, and targeted marketing campaigns to build a robust client pipeline.
- Conduct property viewings, showcasing features and benefits tailored to individual client needs and investment goals in the Dubai market.
- Negotiate property sales and lease agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both buyers/tenants and sellers/landlords.
- Provide expert market insights and property valuations, guiding clients through complex transactions with data-driven advice.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing, ensuring a seamless and positive client experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, and other industry professionals to foster collaboration and opportunities.
- Stay abreast of Dubai's real estate laws, regulations, and market trends to ensure compliance and offer up-to-date advice.
- Prepare and present compelling property listings and marketing materials that highlight unique selling propositions.
- Facilitate property handover processes, ensuring all legal and administrative requirements are met efficiently.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Hold a valid RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Agency) certification, essential for operating legally in Dubai.
- Exhibit fluency in English, with proficiency in Arabic being a significant advantage for broader client engagement.
- Demonstrate strong negotiation and persuasive communication skills, vital for closing deals effectively.
- Possess a deep understanding of Dubai's diverse property sectors and investment hotspots.
- Exhibit a high level of professionalism, integrity, and a client-centric approach.
- Maintain excellent physical stamina for site visits and client meetings across Dubai.
- Be a self-motivated individual with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for real estate.
