Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Actively prospect and generate new leads through networking, referrals, and marketing strategies to build a robust client base.
  • Conduct property showings and open houses, providing clients with detailed information and answering their questions to enhance their buying experience.
  • Negotiate contracts on behalf of clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions while adhering to legal and ethical standards.
  • Stay abreast of local market trends, property values, and neighborhood developments to provide informed advice to clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the buying or selling process.
  • Collaborate with mortgage lenders, appraisers, and inspectors to facilitate smooth transactions and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Create compelling property listings and marketing materials, utilizing digital platforms and social media to reach potential buyers.
  • Prepare and review all necessary documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local real estate laws and regulations.
  • Attend training sessions and industry conferences to continuously enhance knowledge and skills, staying competitive in the market.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to meet personal and team sales goals.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred, showcasing a solid understanding of sales principles.
