Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Generate leads through networking, calls, referrals, and online platforms. Manage property listings, conduct viewings, and provide clients with accurate property details. Advise clients on Dubai communities, market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities. Negotiate and close real estate transactions while ensuring compliance with RERA and DLD regulations. Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, and clients. Manage the full sales cycle including follow-ups, documentation, and CRM updates. Coordinate with the marketing team to support ongoing campaigns and property promotions.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 1 year experience in Dubai real estate (Off-plan and/or Secondary). Strong understanding of Dubai property market and RERA guidelines. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. RERA Certification (preferred). Valid UAE driving license Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Fluent in English (other languages such as Arabic, Russian, French, etc. are a plus). Immediate joiners preferred.
