Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Promote and sell the company’s real estate projects to potential buyers and investors.
- Generate new leads through networking, referrals, cold calls, and digital platforms.
- Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high closing rates.
- Provide accurate information on project features, pricing structures, payment plans, and legal procedures.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize sales campaigns and promotional activities.
- Stay updated on Dubai real estate laws, RERA requirements, and market trends.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in real estate sales in Dubai (off-plan or secondary market preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English (Arabic, Russian, Hindi, French, or Chinese is an advantage).
- Knowledge of Dubai property market and RERA regulations is preferred.
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
- Confident, customer-focused, and target-driven personality.
