Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Promote and sell the company’s real estate projects to potential buyers and investors.

  • Generate new leads through networking, referrals, cold calls, and digital platforms.
  • Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high closing rates.
  • Provide accurate information on project features, pricing structures, payment plans, and legal procedures.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize sales campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Stay updated on Dubai real estate laws, RERA requirements, and market trends.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Previous experience in real estate sales in Dubai (off-plan or secondary market preferred).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic, Russian, Hindi, French, or Chinese is an advantage).
  • Knowledge of Dubai property market and RERA regulations is preferred.
  • Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
  • Confident, customer-focused, and target-driven personality.
