Roles & Responsibilities


We are seeking a meticulous and highly organized Sales Conveyancer to join our real estate team. This position is integral to the smooth operation of our property sales process, focusing on preparing, reviewing, and managing all documentation related to property transactions. The ideal candidate will be able to manage the administrative and legal aspects of sales while coordinating effectively with internal teams.


The role will require you to be stationed at the Sales Gallery in Furjan, with occasional administrative work at our Al Quoz 1 office. This is a key position that ensures the successful and timely completion of property sales.


Sales Documentation: Prepare, review, and process all sales-related documentation, including contracts, transfer of ownership forms, payment schedules, and other necessary paperwork. The role requires frequent visits between Developer's office and Trustee office.


Transaction Coordination: Oversee the documentation process from contract initiation to completion, ensuring accuracy and timely submission of documents to relevant parties.


Internal Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, legal, and finance teams to ensure smooth, error-free transactions.


Record Maintenance: Maintain an organized system for storing and tracking all documents related to sales transactions.


Transaction Monitoring: Ensure all sales transactions are processed efficiently, with attention to deadlines and the completion of all required legal and financial steps.

Desired Candidate Profile


Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in conveyancing or a similar administrative role within the real estate sector.


Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills with an eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.


Knowledge: A solid understanding of real estate documentation, property sales procedures, and the conveyancing process in the UAE market.


Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and experience with real estate management software or document management systems.


Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination of all tasks.


Performance Metrics: Familiarity and adherence to KPIs, monitored on monthly basis.


Qualifications:


Education: A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration, real estate, or a related field is preferred.


Professional Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.


Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues during the transaction process and work proactively to resolve them with minimal disruption.


Salary & Benefits:


Salary: AED 6,000 - AED 8,000 per month, based on experience and qualifications.

Location & Work Schedule:


Primary Location: Sales Gallery in Furjan or JVC & Occasional work from the Al Quoz 1 office may be required.


Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Alternate Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.


Driving License & Car is mandatory.
