Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Build, Lead, manage, and motivate a team of property consultants to achieve sales targets
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for primary/ secondary markets
  • Oversee daily sales operations and ensure strong performance across the team
  • Conduct regular training sessions and performance reviews to enhance team productivity
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, clients, and partners
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to drive lead generation and conversions

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Dubai’s real estate market
  • Proven ability to build, lead, and manage a successful sales team
  • Strong knowledge of primary and secondary market dynamics
  • Valid RERA certification
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Consistent record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to plan, execute, and grow business operations
  • Motivated, target-driven, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment
