Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy and Planning:
    Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and expand the customer base.
    Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
    Set and monitor sales targets for the team and individual sales agents.
  • Team Leadership and Management:
    Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed targets.
    Conduct regular training sessions on product knowledge, sales techniques, and market trends.
    Manage the sales pipeline, track team performance, and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, investors, and brokers.
    Oversee the sales process from lead generation and prospecting to closing deals and after-sales support.
    Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Business Development:
    Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s network of agents and partners.
    Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and sales launches to generate leads and promote properties.
    Negotiate sales contracts and terms to facilitate successful transactions.
  • Reporting and Compliance:
    Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
    Ensure all sales activities and transactions are compliant with RERA regulations and other relevant UAE laws.
    Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information and sales data in the company's CRM system.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • Experience:
    Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
    At least 2-3 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role within the real estate sector in the UAE is essential.
  • Core Competencies:
    In-depth knowledge of the UAE property market
    , with a strong focus on Dubai.
    Excellent leadership, team management, and motivational skills.
    Superior communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
    Fluency in English is required; fluency in additional languages like Arabic, Russian, or Chinese is a significant advantage.
  • Licenses: A valid RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Agency) certification is highly preferred.
  • Personal Attributes:

    Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
