Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets while analyzing market trends and customer preferences.
- Lead, motivate, and train a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Monitor sales metrics and prepare detailed reports for senior management, providing insights into team performance and opportunities for growth.
- Conduct regular market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of competitors in the real estate sector.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute effective promotional campaigns that drive lead generation and sales.
- Manage the sales pipeline effectively, ensuring timely follow-up on leads and converting prospects into loyal clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms that align with the company’s objectives.
- Organize and lead sales meetings to share best practices, strategies, and updates on company initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all real estate laws and regulations, maintaining the highest ethical standards in all business dealings.
Desired Candidate Profile
Strong understanding of real estate market trends, property valuation, and investment strategies.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in additional languages is highly desirable for multicultural markets.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, with a knack for leveraging technology to optimize sales processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of making data-driven decisions to enhance sales performance.
Energetic, self-motivated, and results-oriented, with a passion for helping clients achieve their real estate goals.
Must have experience in leading a team of agents. Base Salary will be provided along with commission structure (negotiable). We are highly motivated real estate start up agency looking to growth in Dubai's unstoppable real estate market.
