Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 7 10 sales executives.
- Drive daily sales operations and achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Handle luxury property sales across India and Dubai portfolios.
- Manage client interactions from lead qualification to deal closure.
- Coordinate with developers, channel partners, and marketing teams.
- Track KPIs and ensure consistent performance across the team.
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors and HNIs.
What We re Looking For
- 2 5 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in luxury or premium segments.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Leadership experience managing high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Strong market knowledge (Bengaluru or Dubai preferred).
- Self-driven, ambitious, and comfortable in a high-growth, performance-driven environment.
