Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and manage the real estate sales team with a strong focus on Off-Plan projects.
Develop and execute sales strategies specifically for Off-Plan properties and developer projects.
Set clear KPIs for the team and ensure targets are consistently achieved.
Train, coach, and mentor sales agents on Off-Plan sales techniques, payment plans, and developer processes.
Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to reservation, booking, and contract signing.
Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, and key clients.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new Off-Plan launches.
Prepare detailed sales performance and pipeline reports for senior management.
Ensure full compliance with company policies and real estate regulations.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in Real Estate sales, with solid Off-Plan sales experience.
Previous experience as a Sales Manager or Team Leader in the real estate sector.
Strong understanding of Off-Plan projects, payment plans, and developer agreements.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and closing skills.
Results-oriented mindset with the ability to perform under pressure.
Proficient in CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
UAE real estate market experience is highly preferred.
