Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and manage a robust network of potential clients through proactive outreach, including cold calling and networking events, to generate leads and build relationships.
  • Conduct thorough property evaluations and market analyses to advise clients on pricing strategies, investment opportunities, and the current real estate landscape.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales in the UAE

  • Proven success in property sales or client acquisition

  • Strong communication and negotiation

  • skills Target-driven and performance-oriented mindset

  • Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory

  • Proficiency in English is required Fluency in English and at least one of the following languages is mandatory: Russian, German, French, Chinese, Hindi, or Urdu


  • Direct Commission: 4% on direct sales Indirect Commission: 0.5% on indirect sales Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Working Days: Monday to Friday Alternate Saturdays (every other week) Company-provided parking
