Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate agents specializing in off-plan and secondary properties. Conduct regular training sessions on sales techniques, market knowledge, project updates, and CRM usage. Provide ongoing coaching to improve team performance and close more deals. Monitor agent activities to ensure compliance with company standards and RERA regulations (if applicable).

Set monthly and quarterly sales targets for the team and ensure they are achieved. Develop effective sales strategies and campaigns to boost performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

2–5 years of real estate sales experience (off-plan and secondary market required). Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Experience managing or mentoring a team (preferred but not mandatory). Strong knowledge of local real estate laws, market trends, and developer projects. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing tools.
