Receiving Agent (Saudi only) SOFITEL

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Receiving Agent to join our team As a Receiving Agent, you will play a crucial role in our organisation's inventory management and logistics operations, ensuring the smooth flow of goods and accurate record-keeping.

• Receive and inspect all incoming goods, verifying quantity and quality against purchase orders
• Notify relevant departments upon arrival of goods
• Properly secure received items in designated storage areas
• Maintain accurate records of received goods using our inventory management system
• Process and file completed purchase orders according to established procedures
• Fulfil department requisitions in a timely and accurate manner
• Assist with regular inventory counts and reconciliations
• Maintain a clean and organised receiving area
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient warehouse operations
• Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines in the warehouse
