Roles & Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist visitors and patients in a professional manner • Manage appointments and coordinate schedules • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries professionally • Maintain an organized and professional reception area • Provide excellent customer service and represent the clinic professionally

Desired Candidate Profile

Fluent English is mandatory (very strong spoken English required) • Presentable and professional appearance • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Confident personality and professional attitude • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Previous reception or customer service experience is preferred
